Yes, you will apply them after eye shadow &#038; liner but BEFORE mascara.  Mascara is the last thing you would apply.  

Clean your lashes of flaky, dried up mascara with a dry, old toothbrush.  Brush the lashes gently in the direction they are "growing".  Use your fingers to gently remove old eyelash glue.

Thank you for your instructional videos!  I a new to ballroom and have seen some crazy makeup ... you make it look pretty without looking "drag".  I want to do my own and you have helped me already :)

Question, regarding the lashes, you put them on last?  Also, can you reuse them, if so, do you have to clean them with makeup remover?
